Returns & Purchasing

Return Requirements

  • Returns are accepted on items that are in original condition, HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED within 30 business days of receipt of purchase.
  • Original tags must be attached to the garment for return eligibility. 
  • We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items will be sent back if they are denied a refund. Example - Items returned with stains, fragrance, hair, fur, etc.
  • Must have the original or a copy of the packing slip or printed email confirmation with the return. An order number or the name of the original purchaser is required for any returns. 
  • Grab Bag items are not eligible for return as they are Final Sale. 
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from a third party and not directly from www.effiesheart.com.

General Information

  • Please allow approximately 1 week to process your return after it has been received by Effie’s Heart. ( Could be longer in high shipping/holiday seasons)
  • We do not offer online credit for returned items. Only refunds to the original payment method.

Flawed Items/ Wrong items

  • If you receive an item that has a flaw or damage, EH must be notified within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for return.  You will then be asked to return the item back to us.  Flawed items to be returned must have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED.  Once any of those guidelines are broken EH can no longer determine if it was a manufacturing flaw or wearer-inflicted damage. It is recommended to inspect all items once received for any issues and report them right away for a quick issue resolution. 
  • If you were sent an incorrect item, please notify info@effiesheart.com. You will then be asked to return the item back to us. Please include the cost of shipping as you will be refunded for this. If your original item is still in stock, it will be sent out asap. If the item is no longer available, you will be refunded for the cost of shipping and the original item.
  • We do not offer discounts on items that have been received with a flaw or on items that were sent mistakenly.  We request that the item is returned to us and you will be refunded for its full amount.

Exchanges 

  • We do not provide exchanges.  Should you want a different item or size, please place a new order and return the old item for a refund.

Price Matching

  • We do not price match. We do not refund or honor pricing differences when items are purchased before or after a sale duration. 
  • Items marked *Final Sale* are not eligible for return.

Return Instructions:

Return items with the original packing slip and mark which items are to be returned. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping & handling fees for items returned to Effie’s Heart. We do not refund shipping fees.
