- Returns are accepted on items that are in original condition, HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED within 30 business days of receipt of purchase.
- Original tag must be attached to garment for return eligibility.
- We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the item(s) returned are not in the condition stated above.
- Must have the original or a copy of the packing slip with return. An order number or name of original purchaser is required for any returns.
- Please allow approximately 1 week to process your return after it has been received by Effie’s Heart.
- We do not provide exchanges. Should you want a different item or size, please place a new order for the new item and return the old item for a refund.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from a third party and not directly from www.effiesheart.com.
- We do not offer discounts on items that have been received with a flaw or damage. We request that it is returned and you will be refunded for its full amount.
- We do not price match. We do not refund or honor pricing differences when items are purchased before or after a sale duration.
- Items marked *Final Sale* are not eligible for return.
- Grab Bag items are not eligible for return as they are final sale.

Return items with the original packing slip and mark items to be returned and reason for return. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping & handling fees for items returned to Effie’s Heart. We do not refund shipping fees. Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
