Returns & Purchasing

  • Returns are accepted on items that are in original condition, HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED within 30 business days of receipt of purchase. 
  • If you receive an item that has a flaw or damage, EH must be notified within 30 days of purchase. Items can not have been washed, worn or tags removed. Once any of those guidelines are broken EH can no longer determine if it was a manufacturing flaw or a wearer inflicted damage. It is recommended to inspect all items upon time of arrive for any issues and report them right away for a quick issue resolution. 
  • Original tags must be attached to garment for return eligibility. 
  • We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition. Items will be sent back if they are denied a refund. Example - Items returned with stains, fragrance, hair, fur, rips or damages will not be refunded.
  • Must have the original, a copy of the packing slip or printed email confirmation with return. An order number or name of original purchaser is required for any returns. 
  • Please allow approximately 1 week to process your return after it has been received by Effie’s Heart. ( Could be longer in high shipping/holiday time)
  • We do not provide exchanges.  Should you want a different item or size, please place a new order for the new item and return the old item for a refund.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from a third party and not directly from www.effiesheart.com.
  • We do not offer discounts on items that have been received with a flaw or damage. We request that it is returned and you will be refunded for its full amount. 
  • We do not price match. We do not refund or honor pricing differences when items are purchased before or after a sale duration. 
  • We do not offer online credit for returned items. Only refunds to original payment method if it applies. 
  • Items marked *Final Sale* are not eligible for return.
  • Grab Bag items are not eligible for return as they are final sale. 
  • If by mistake you were sent an incorrect item, please notify info@effiesheart.com. You will then be asked to return the item back to us. Please include the cost of shipping as you will be refunded for this. If your original item is still in stock, it will be send out asap. If not you will be refunded for the cost of shipping and for the original item.
  • Your refund will be processed and returned back onto your original payment method be it a credit or debit card or if you picked your PayPal account. All payments even ones using a CC will process through PayPal for security and safety purposes.

Return Instructions:

Return items with the original packing slip and mark items to be returned. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping & handling fees for items returned to Effie’s Heart. We do not refund shipping fees. Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
